Cancellation Policy

In order to accommodate all of our patient appointment requests in an expeditious manner, we request that you call our office at (845) 727-7733 option #2 at the earliest possible time to let us know. We request at least 24 hours notice so we can make that appointment time available for any patient who would like to come in on that day.
